Our Story
Settle Wing was built the way good things usually are - carefully, intentionally, and by real people who care about the work. The company was founded by Nicole Tosti, a law student currently attending the part-time hybrid program at Cleveland State University College of Law, while living in Southern California. With four years of hands-on experience working inside a personal injury law firm, she understands firsthand what it takes to draft persuasive demand letters and mediation briefs, organize complex medical records, and tell a client's story in a way that truly moves a case forward. Alongside her is her husband, Austin - her partner in life and business - whose support made it possible to turn her ideas into a reality.
