How To Book

To book a demand, arbitration brief, or mediation brief, please email SettleWing@gmail.com with the necessary details.

 

Specify whether you need a Tier 1 or Tier 2 demand, arbitration brief, or mediation brief, and include the state where the case is located. Provide the type of case (MVA or Premises Liability), the client’s name, and whether the claim is for BI or UIM.

 

Additionally, include the insurance company’s name, the insurance limits (if known), and attach all relevant documents, such as the police report, medical records, photos, and other supporting materials. If applicable, mention any general damage stories, wage loss, or future medical care details you would like incorporated. If we have any questions or need additional information, we will reach out to you.

Upon completion of the document, we will email it back to you along with an invoice. At this time, invoices can be paid by check.
